Dropsafe Slings

Safety Slings for Offshore Fixture Protection

Details

The Dropsafe Slings are engineered to provide secure secondary safety for mounted fixtures in offshore and high-risk industrial environments. Designed to prevent accidental drops, these slings act as a critical safety backup system for equipment installed on oil rigs, offshore platforms, and industrial structures.

Constructed from SUS 316 stainless steel, the slings offer excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and strength, making them ideal for harsh marine and industrial conditions. With a Safe Working Load (SWL) tested up to 5X capacity, they ensure reliable performance and compliance with safety standards.

The slings are available with either a Triple-action Trisafe™ auto-locking carabiner or a traditional screw-lock mechanism, providing flexibility based on application needs. An integrated ID tag allows for easy tracking, inspection, and maintenance management.

Designed to perform in extreme conditions, Dropsafe Slings operate within a wide temperature range of -40°C to 500°C, ensuring safety even in high-temperature and fire-prone environments.
